Sombra
Sombra started it all! She was the first animal purchased, long before the farm became a reality. She is cute, curious, and adorably mischievous! She loves to give kisses and find her reflection anywhere she can! She'll steal your heart just like she stole ours!

Sassafras
Sassy is a beautiful girl! She’s one of the leaders of the girls. She loves to be sprayed with the hose when it gets hot out and will push the others out of the way to be first in line! Sassy is one of our breeding females. She gave us our first baby on the farm.

Aliza
Aliza is the first baby born on the farm! Her mom, Sassy, waited for the coldest and windiest spring day to give birth. Thankfully, we were home so we could help warm her up and she has been growing like a weed since! Liza is cute and curious. She loves hanging out with Sombra and Dolly, who are teaching her their silly ways!

Airlie
Airlie is another sweetheart! She is friendly and loves to be taken for a walk. You can usually find her lounging in front of the fan, next to the water and feed buckets. She is a breeding girl here on the farm. We are sure she will have some beautiful babies!

Buttercup
Butter is a glorified lawn ornament! She would spend all day outside munching on the grass if we let her! She isn't used to being handled much, but we are working on this. She is the oldest of the girls, but can still get around like the young ones!

Lakota
Lakota joined us from Virginia in the fall of 2020. She had a few difficult pregnancies, so is not able to be bred anymore. She came here to retire and we couldn’t be happier! She is somewhat of a loner, but is getting alone well with us and the other animals. We absolutely love her color and markings!

Francesca
Francesca is a beautiful Suri who can be recognized by the white on her nose. She has a lovely color and great fiber. She is another friendly alpaca who will take a carrot from you! We are so lucky to have her here with us!

Dolly
Dolly is just the cutest! She is curious and will always come up to you to check what you are doing. She loves neck scratches and rolling around in the dirt! She is very playful and we love her dearly!

Annika
Annika is a beauty! She is a lovely color that seems to change with the sun's light. She's a little on the smaller size, but that doesn't stop her from doing anything! Her favorite thing to do on the farm is chase the barn cats! It is certainly a sight to see!

Fern
Fern is a very athletic and vocal girl! She is the granddaughter of Cady. We were very fortunate to have her join us here on Happy Hearts! We love hand feeding her and watching her frolic in the field!

Danny
Danny is our goofy male! He had an illness when he was younger that did some nerve damage to his back legs, so he walks a little wonky. That doesn't stop him from getting around though! He loves rubbing up against trees and fences!

Golden Warrior
Golden Warrior is a big love bug! He was purchased from a local farm when Sal passed so that Danny had a friend. He's super fluffy and curious. He will come up to us for a pat and a hug as soon as he sees us!

Comet
Comet is Golden Warrior's best friend. They came as a pair from a local farm to befriend Danny! He's a little shy, but quite the fashionista! Comet has beautiful fleece and we are excited to watch him grow!

Elvis
Elvis came home to us on Christmas Eve 2019, just in time to celebrate his first Christmas on the farm! He has the fluffiest face and two gray spots on his otherwise dark body. We can't wait to watch him grow up here with us!

Vincent van Goat
Vinnie is always the first to greet us and run over for a hug! He's certainly the most vocal and likes to call out for us whenever he sees us. He will sit on your lap for hours, so you better get comfy! He has beautiful markings and a white heart on his forehead that really make him stand out!

Goatzart
Artie is the trouble maker of the gang, but in the sweetest way of course! We started calling him Kevin when he acts up. He likes to get all the attention so pushes his friends out of the way to get to us. He's been one of the instigators in sneaking into other pastures!

Billy Goat
Billy is a lover! He always wants to be next to someone and just wants to be held! He follows us around anytime we are out in the field with them. You may have trouble differentiating him from Rafi, but Billy is slightly darker and has a black tipped tail which we love!

Rafiki
Rafi is one of the kindest animals! He loves his forehead scratched and will snuggle right in for a big hug! He has a toddler best friend who he loves to hang out with and go for walks. He'd spend all day with his best friend if possible!

Manchie
Manchie's nickname is Munchie. He is always munching! Watch your clothes when he's around, because he's always looking for a snack. He has remembered the most from his previous yoga days and will jump on your back without a second thought! He joins Artie on planning escapes!

Nugget
Nugget is another sweet boy! He reminds us of a dog and will paw at you when he is ready for a head or back scratch. He'll follow you around like a puppy, hoping you'll hand feed him some leaves from the high branches!

Coco
Coco is our only female goat. She suffered a broken leg as a baby, but it healed pretty well and she gets around fine. She loves climbing on the playset with her brothers! She doesn't back down when they are all playing together. She is definitely a sweetheart!

Rusty and Mae
It was only a matter of time before these two rescued calves joined our crew! They were rescued by the same organization as the goats and were also taken to yoga events. They are bottle babies, making them very friendly! Rusty has more white on him and is the biggest snuggler. Mae is darker and loves to give kisses. They will certainly give you a warm welcome here on the farm!

Ursula, Sparkle, and Lilly
Ursula (left), Sparkle (middle), and Lilly (right) joined the farm at the end of March 2020, just in time to celebrate Easter! They are rescues from the same group as the goats and cows. Ursula absolutely adores back scratches and will be your best friend in return. Sparkle is the shy girl and is hesitant, until you give her a pat on the head. Lilly loves chin scratches and snout rubs. They each have their own voice, which they are not afraid to use! We are happy to have these three gals and enjoy watching them frolic in the fields! We are hoping to use their wool along with the alpaca fiber!
